Flexible around your schedule
From our own experience, we know how hard it can be to balance work and child care. That is why we plan the hours of care individually with you – we care for children of parents who work shifts, of college students, and of single parents. How many hours you are entitled to is set by your Hamburg Kita-Gutschein (the city's child care voucher); which of those hours work best for your family is something we figure out together.
What a day with us looks like
Familiar routines give children dependability and a sense of security. The framework is set, and within it there is plenty of room for free play and the children's own ideas:
- from 8:00 a.m. arriving, saying hello, and free play
- 9:00 a.m. breakfast together, made with organic ingredients
- late morning morning circle, activities, movement, and play
- 11:30 a.m. a freshly cooked lunch
- afterward quiet time – every child has their own spot to sleep
- 3:00 p.m. fruit break
- until 4:00 p.m. playtime and pickup
